Question 1
Which topics did you find most interesting?
  • Learning and listening on what people had to say etc about how they have done things and what was good and not so good throughout the time they have been involved with NGN.
  • Breakout
  • Good updates and all very well explained.
  • Ideas for future work
  • Funding and opportunities
  • PSR
  • First breakout room where the pressures on community organisations were discussed
  • The final session discussing the business plan and next round of funding
  • Co Awareness plans
  • The future strategy and budget for NGN
Question 2
Which topic(s) would you like to see on the agenda for future meetings?
  • More development opportunities.
  • Sustainability
  • Presentations from VCMA funded projects - what worked, what lessons learned
  • networking
  • Happy with any suggested topics
  • SROI calculations, how to best pitch/present results
  • Using AI to use as a tool to develop CO Awareness messages
Question 3
When planning future events what should we improve?
  • Nothing. Went well for a new Centre for Warmth attending
  • Less detailed information - felt a bit overwhelming and too much jargon
  • All good though. a lot of information imparted and discussed so likely would benefit from a longer session or spit into two shorter ones
  • More time for discussions
  • Include transcription and ask ahead of the meeting if there's any inclusion needs
  • Perhaps extend the meeting by 30-60 minutes. There was so much to get through (all which was great!) but didn't allow for much Q&A
  • Maybe provide the slide deck ahead of time so people can familiarise themselves with the discussion topics
Question 4
What next step, if any, will you take because of what your heard today?
  • Attend the event in Durham and find out more information and take as many opportunities as possible to keep progressing as a new Centre for Warmth
  • Collaborate with others
  • Discuss what has been covered with management, for instance the Services Beyond the Metre scheme
  • Make connections with fellow participants
  • further information on the community lunch groups
  • How we can better engage clients to sign up for PSR
  • Continue to work on long term goals
  • Take knowledge and learning
  • Attend more energy meetings and training
  • Responding to people reaching out
  • Hoping to speak with NGN on the idea of tackling inequity partnership between NGN and Diabetes UK
  • Found out about some partner projects I think we could collaborate with - so will try and build those relationships up!
Question 5
Thinking of yourself as a stakeholder of NGN, how satisfied are you with the relationship that you have with them on a scale of 1-10, where 1 is very dissatisfied and 10 is very satisfied?

9 / 10 (average)
