Performance update for year five 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026

Performance during the final year of GD2 demonstrated strong delivery against key targets. NGN exceeded targets for carbon monoxide awareness and Priority Services Register (PSR) registrations, reflecting both the scale and reach of partner-led delivery.

Over 24,000 customer interactions were delivered through CO awareness visits in 2025/26 alone, contributing to over 103,000 visits across GD2. PSR registrations significantly exceeded annual targets, reaching over 15,800 in the final year and over 50,000 across the period. Customer satisfaction scores remained consistently high, demonstrating strong service delivery and partner engagement. Fuel Poor Network Extension Scheme Connection targets were not achieved, due to changes made within the funding mechanism by Ofgem and associated targets being changed.
