Thank you again to those of you who joined us for our Customers In Vulnerable Situations (CIVS) Workshop on Tuesday 12th September.
Myself, Laura, Jill and Steph, thoroughly enjoyed seeing you all again. A special thank-you to our guest presenters Jackie Gray from Carents Room and Danni Barnes from National Energy Action (NEA).
Jackie provided an insight into the Vulnerability and Carbon Monoxide Allowance (VCMA) project which Northern Gas Networks (NGN) and Cadent currently fund and how they support customers who care for their elderly parents.
Danni gave an overview of the health focused project, that is in the pipeline with all 4 Gas Distribution Networks (GDN’s) and provided an overview of what NEA offer customers, to stay warm and healthy this winter.
