Funding Information on how to engage those who have more immediate day to day needs Whether there has been any practical steps taken by government (i.e. any incentives) on getting LCT implemented You are the experts you always come with what’s needed 😃 An update from NGN covering a summarised overarching (whole scheme) impact update the VCMA and any other schemes have had so far Funding so we can plan capacity for the following 12 months More around community buildings/village halls if it’s applicable Whether as a service you also take referrals from other agencies who identify issues within the home re heating or hot water

All good Nothing – liked that NGN separated people into what knowledge they had on LCT and net zero in break out rooms Nothing - it all worked well today. Could key questions be circulated in advance to allow for more time to consider? Well organised

Check resources Continue to look out for information on cross utility PSR Keep abreast of what’s happening and any changes Look further into our Retrofit support and how we can work closer with other organisations Discuss with staff team on the capacity to develop our programmes I have been in contact with Northern Powergrid to stay in contact regarding their energy choices tool
